We employ a three-step process in our client engagement phase. First, you are invited to experience our strategic evaluation system. We use a process that prompts you to evaluate the various categories of your organization and rate them.
There are no wrong answers and the rating process opens the door towards helping you understand the relationships between the various organic functions of your business.
We then invite you to have your direct report management team take the evaluation as well. Their evaluation is averaged and displayed next to yours in an easy to understand graphic display.
Before discussing the results with you, we facilitate a discussion with your management team whereby we discuss the strengths that the evaluation points out and ask for recommendations about what can be done to make them even stronger. We then ask why certain points in the evaluation received lesser scores and ask for recommendations about how to improve them.
Once steps 1 and 2 above have been accomplished, we sit down with you to discuss your business from a completely strategic point of view. You will see the absolute truth about your strategic direction, your organization and its ability to pursue its strategic direction, your corporate culture and its ability to accomplish that strategic direction.
At this meeting we will present an agreement detailing the development of a strategic plan to capitalize on your strengths and address issues for improvement. The development of this strategic plan will be provided for a one time fee agreed upon at the time of signing.
Once your strategic plan is complete you will receive a detailed scope of work addressing recommendations to improve the scores in each of the categories included in the points of focus evaluation. You can then decide to employ our services to implement the recommendations included in your strategic plan or you can implement some yourself and have us do the others.
Normally our services are delivered over a twelve month period which includes several days a month where we meet with you and your team to implement the project and deliver the necessary training to incorporate the changes recommended in the strategic plan.
You will quickly notice the distinguishing factor differentiating us from all other consulting companies is our total dedication to your success. We don’t ask for any remuneration until we have thoroughly invested ourselves in understanding the total environment in which your business is operating.
We then prepare a plan to accomplish your targeted goals for an agreed upon one time fee. It is then your choice to determine how much of the scope of work you would like us to implement for an affordable monthly retainer for an agreed upon number of months.
Bottom line: you know what you'll be getting. And there won't be any surprises.
